Let's Talk about Camp BFF!
Camp BFF is a Sticker-Themed-Summer-Camp-

What Can I Expect?
Thank you, that’s an excellent question! You can anticipate a weekend full of arts and crafts, games, bestie activities, and maybe even a s’more or two! We feel confident that no matter the schedule (don’t worry, you’ll get a schedule), there is a 100% chance of fun. Sticker People truly are the best kind of people.
We are also excited to offer Canteen Time at Camp BFF, which will be an opportunity for Vendors to set up a table and for Campers to shop for stickers IN PERSON (what a time to be alive)! In order to be a Vendor at Camp BFF, you will need to be enrolled as a Camper. The cost for having a vendor table is only $50!

Where are we going?
We are renting Goldman Union Camp Institute (GUCI), located in Zionsville, Indiana. It is conveniently located 19.4 miles (to be exact) from the Indianapolis International Airport, 2.3 miles from the Fairfield Inn and Suites (where you can find a group rate), and 0.2 miles from a Starbucks (this is wilderness light). It was written in the stars when Annie attended camp here in 1995 that someday she would return with her online community of Sticker Loving friends. We have found that it is very accessible in a variety of ways. If you have specific concerns, please reach out so that we can figure them out together. We want everyone to feel comfortable and cozy.

How much is Camp BFF Admission?
We know what you’re wondering- how much is this sticker-ific-tastic weekend going to cost? The cost of the weekend will be $500 dollars which includes: all activities on site at camp, food (dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday), snacks, and swag. Please know that we are not trying to make money, but we also don’t want to lose money, and we have priced Camp BFF accordingly. Registration will open on February 20 and close May 20. Registration will close early if we reach our maximum level of participants.

We can't wait to hang out with you.
This is a fun, friendly, and wholesome event. Therefore, there are no drugs, alcohol, firearms, or any type of weapons permitted on site. In the case that these items are brought to Camp BFF, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
The Fine Print

Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from Camp BFF.
If you decide that camp lodging isn’t for you (which is totally fine!), and you would like to rent a room at the Fairfield Inn and Suites (2.3 miles down the road) with our group rate, use this link:

If you decide that you would like to stay on site and have roommates, please choose a point person to email and make the reservation for you and your crew. These rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.
You, or your contact person, will email Ilana at inadel@urj.org to reserve your room on site. She is nice.
Please note that we will have rented linens available but you may want to bring your own, if that would make you feel more comfortable. This is up to you. Same with pillows and towels. Remember, this is Camp!
How Do I Reserve My Lodging if I am Staying at Camp BFF?

Just like The Motel, the cost per night depends on how many people (if any) you choose to share a space with.
Here’s what this means for you, in terms of pricing.
-Each room is $200 per night.
-If you decide to rent an entire room (with 4 bunk beds) for yourself, you will pay $200.
-If you rent the single room (with one bed), you will pay $200.
-If you decide to rent a room with ONE roommate (you would each have your own bottom and top bunk), you will pay $100 each.
-If you decide to rent the suite with TWO roommates, (one of you would have your own bunk bed, and two of you would share a bunkbed), you would pay $67 each.
-If you decide to rent the suite with THREE roommates, (two full bunkbeds), you would be paying $50 each.
Here's the nitty gritty of pricing of The Infirmary on Camp grounds:

Now, let’s chat about The Infirmary! The Infirmary is exactly what it sounds like- during Regularly Scheduled Summer Camp, this is where the Nurse has a space. During Camp BFF, there is 1 single room available, and 4 rooms that have two bunk beds in each (for four sleeping spaces total per room). Bathrooms are in the hallway- there are two for The Infirmary building that are shared between the rooms. Is it fancy? No, it is not. Is it campy? Yes, yes it is.

-Each suite is $200 per night.
-If you decide to rent the entire suite for yourself, you will pay $200 per night.
-If you decide to rent the suite with ONE roommate (you would each have your own room and a shared bathroom), you will pay $100 each per night.
-If you decide to rent the suite with TWO roommates, (one of you would have your own room, and two of you would share a room, with one bathroom shared), you would pay $67 each per night.
-If you decide to rent the suite with THREE roommates, (two people in each room, one shared bathroom), you would be paying $50 each per night.
MATH, AMIRIGHT?
Here's the nitty gritty of pricing of The Motel on Camp grounds:
In The Motel, there are 6 suites available. Each suite has a Jack and Jill bathroom (two rooms with a shared bathroom between them), and each room has 2 beds.

Let’s start with The Motel. The Motel looks like… well, a Motel! It will take you back to the 80’s, when your family went on a road trip and decided to stop halfway at 1:00 AM and get some sleep. Is it glamorous? No. No, it is not. Is it cozy? Yes, we think so.

If you choose to stay on Camp BFF grounds, pricing will depend on how many people (if any) you would like to share a room with.
There are two options-
The Motel or The Infirmary.
Lodging at Camp
There are a variety of options for lodging, depending on what makes the most sense for you. Lodging is very reasonably priced on site (you pay the camp directly) or, if you are looking for a less rustic experience, we are near the Fairfield Inn & Suites (where we have a group rate). Let’s walk through your options together!
