Let's Talk about Camp BFF!
Camp BFF is a Sticker-Themed-Summer-Camp-Inspired weekend retreat, hosted by the BFF Sticker Club. The event, located at GUCI in Indianapolis, Indiana, will begin on Friday, September 20 at 1:00 pm EST and end Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Campers at Camp BFF must be over the age of 18. The weekend will be full of entertaining campy activities (don’t worry, no tents involved), community, and, of course, stickers.
What can i expect?
Thank you, that’s an excellent question! You can anticipate a weekend full of arts and crafts, games, bestie activities, and maybe even a s’more or two! We feel confident that no matter the schedule (don’t worry, you’ll get a schedule), there is a 100% chance of fun. Sticker People truly are the best kind of people.
Where are we going?
We are renting Goldman Union Camp Institute (GUCI), located in Zionsville, Indiana. It is conveniently located 19.4 miles (to be exact) from the Indianapolis International Airport, 2.3 miles from the Fairfield Inn and Suites (where you can find a group rate), and 0.2 miles from a Starbucks (this is wilderness light). It was written in the stars when Annie attended camp here in 1995 that someday she would return with her online community of Sticker Loving friends. We have found that it is very accessible in a variety of ways. If you have specific concerns, please reach out so that we can figure them out together. We want everyone to feel comfortable and cozy.
how much is admission?
We know what you’re wondering- how much is this sticker-ific-tastic weekend going to cost? The cost of the weekend will be $575 dollars which includes: all activities on site at camp, food (dinner on Friday, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and snacks/dessert) and swag. Pre-registration will open for previous campers on Friday January 19 8pm EST and regular registration will open Monday January 22 9pm EST. Registration will close early if we reach our maximum level of participants.
In order to plan an amazing Camp BFF for everyone, we have to budget, prepare, put deposits down, hand make things, reserve the unicorn parade and buy things ahead of time. (OK, we don’t do one of those.) Therefore, tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
Interested in being a vendor?
A vendor space allows you to set up a table where you can sell your goods during Camp BFF. There will be a limited amount of space for vendors, so if you are interested, please register ASAP. Please note that you need to be a registered Camper to qualify for a vendor spot. You will not be permitted to sell items at camp unless you are a registered vendor. You will need to complete a brief registration form after your ticket purchase to ensure you are a good fit for Camp BFF. We look forward to having you!
where will i sleep?
We have reserved a block of rooms with a group rate of $179 per night available to book at the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
For transportation back to camp, you may choose to use Uber as it is only 2.3 miles from camp.

This is a fun, friendly, and wholesome event. Therefore, there are no drugs, alcohol, firearms, or any type of weapons permitted on site. In the case that these items are brought to Camp BFF, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
